AeroPlan IQ Account & Data Deletion

AeroPlan IQ is operated by Drone Perspective Ltd.

Users can request deletion of their AeroPlan IQ account and associated app data by emailing info@drone-perspective.com.

What to include

Use the subject line AeroPlan IQ Account Deletion Request and include the email address used for your AeroPlan IQ account.

What will be deleted

Once verified, Drone Perspective Ltd will delete or anonymise the account and associated app data, including saved Job Plans, Operation Packs, Site Survey records, RAMS records, Crew Briefing records, incident or near-miss records and saved operational evidence linked to that account.

Retention and timing

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting or legitimate business record purposes.

Deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days of verification of the request.
