This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use our website, contact us, request our drone services, become a client, use our digital tools, or use the AeroPlan IQ™ application.

Drone Perspective Ltd provides professional aerial inspection, property imaging, construction progress monitoring, site visibility and aerial intelligence services. We also provide AeroPlan IQ™, a drone planning and decision-support application.

AeroPlan IQ™ is a planning and decision-support tool only. It does not approve flights, grant permission, certify legal compliance, replace official NOTAM or Flight Restriction Zone checks, or confirm that a drone operation is legal. The Remote Pilot remains responsible for the final legal, safety and operational decision.

For web subscriptions or payments, payment processing may be handled by Stripe.

  • Stripe subscription ID;

  • limited billing contact information.

We do not store full payment card numbers.

For Android subscriptions, Google Play Billing may be used when mobile billing is implemented. Google may process payment information under its own policies.

7. Client confidentiality and project data

We do not publish, sell or share client project data except where needed to deliver the agreed service, comply with legal obligations, manage insurance or safety matters, obtain professional advice, support dispute resolution, or where the client has given permission.

We will only use identifiable client imagery, client names, site details, project outputs or inspection records for marketing, portfolio, case study, website or social media purposes where permission has been obtained.

Drone Perspective Ltd does not sell client data, operational records or drone imagery containing personal data.


8. Drone imagery, privacy and third parties on site

Drone operations may capture imagery of buildings, land, vehicles, equipment, workers, visitors, members of the public or neighbouring areas.

We aim to apply privacy-aware operating practices, including:

  • planning operating areas before flight;
  • avoiding unnecessary capture of uninvolved people where possible;
  • limiting imagery to the agreed purpose;
  • using appropriate angles and distances;
  • respecting private areas where operationally possible;
  • retaining imagery only where there is a business, client, safety or legal reason;
  • deleting or restricting imagery where appropriate.

Where a client instructs us to capture imagery at a site, property or project, the client is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to request the work and, where necessary, to notify relevant people on site.


9. AeroPlan IQ™ location data

AeroPlan IQ™ may use location data when you:

  • search for a location;
  • select a site;
  • use current location;
  • create a Fly Check;
  • save a planning record;
  • create an Operation Pack;
  • complete a Site Survey, RAMS or Crew Briefing.

Location data is used to provide planning support, weather context, map context and UAS/FRZ awareness.

If you choose to use current location, your device or browser may ask for permission. You can refuse permission or change permission settings through your device or browser.

AeroPlan IQ™ does not approve flights or confirm legal compliance. Location and awareness data must be checked against official sources where required.


10. NOTAM, FRZ and operational awareness data

AeroPlan IQ™ may allow users to enter or record NOTAM briefing text, UAS/FRZ awareness information, acknowledgements and operational decisions.

This information is used to support planning records and evidence trails.

AeroPlan IQ™ does not provide official NOTAM retrieval, does not act as an official aviation authority, and does not replace official-source verification.


11. Who we share personal data with

We may share personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to run our business or provide services.

These may include:

  • website hosting providers;
  • app hosting and database providers;
  • Supabase or equivalent backend providers;
  • Stripe for web payments and subscriptions;
  • Google Play or Google services for Android distribution, app review or future mobile billing;
  • email and communication providers;
  • cloud storage providers;
  • accountants or professional advisers;
  • insurers;
  • subcontractors or specialist providers involved in a project;
  • legal advisers;
  • regulators, public authorities or law enforcement where required by law;
  • clients, where we are providing agreed project outputs.

We only share data where there is a valid business, legal, contractual or operational reason.

19. AeroPlan IQ™ account and app data deletion

If you use AeroPlan IQ™, you may request deletion of your account or associated app records by contacting:

Please include the email address linked to your AeroPlan IQ™ account.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any records we are required or permitted to retain for legal, accounting, security, dispute, insurance or legitimate business reasons.

Where deletion is not possible immediately, we will explain why and restrict or minimise further use where appropriate.

Some information may also need to be deleted, managed or controlled through Google Play, Stripe, your device, browser or other third-party service settings depending on how the account, subscription or payment was created.


20. Payment data

Web payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe.

Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own privacy and security arrangements.

Drone Perspective Ltd does not store full card details.

For Android app billing, Google Play Billing may be used when implemented. Google may process payment and account information under its own policies.

We may store payment status, subscription status, plan type, customer identifiers, invoice references and limited billing information to manage access to paid services.

Our website, app or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services.
